At Wille Bank, we are dedicated to empowering users in their daily activities, offering a wide range of services, including money management, savings, bill payment, and financing for major purchases. Our core belief is encapsulated in the slogan, "With your trust, the outcome is a success.”

My Role

I was directly responsible for research, branding and design and collaborated with the team in an agile work cycle.

After interviewing the users, I synthesized the data and identified key insights to inform our next steps.

Site Mapping

I meticulously crafted a sitemap for Wille Bank, prioritizing the navigation menu and ensuring all "must-haves" from my feature roadmap were incorporated. The sitemap encompasses essential features such as payment services, allowing users to pay their bills seamlessly. Additionally, the Plan & Track section empowers users to budget, set financial goals, and manage their accounts effectively.

Design Process

During the wireframing process, the team utilized the sitemap and task flows as references to guide in creating the necessary screens. By aligning with the sitemap, all essential pages were included in the wireframes, making the design comprehensive and user-centric.

Low Fidelity Wireframes

Once the main user tasks and flow were established, the first set of lo-fi wireframes was created. These preliminary wireframes were instrumental in conducting initial testing and gathering valuable feedback. The insights gained from this testing helped save time in the later stages of the process, facilitating a smoother transition to high-fidelity wireframes.

Budget And Payment

With the recent improvements, users now have access to a budget calculator, enabling them to plan their finances effectively and set meaningful goals. Additionally, users can easily access essential services, such as payment services, and credit journeys this makes their banking experience more streamlined and convenient. These enhancements aim to empower users to manage their finances and accessing crucial banking features effortlessly.

One Time Password

Incorporating the one-time password replacing the security question significantly bolsters security measures and makes the platform easier to use, instilling greater trust and confidence among users. This enhancement ensures a higher level of protection for user's accounts and strengthens their overall experience with the platform.
